Inspired by the beauty of classic book covers, this beautiful gender-neutral baby card is inspired by a classic vintage book cover. It features beautiful illustrations of little stars, and botanical sprigs. The front cover of the book reads ‘The in-depth manual of Parenting Hacks’ – then there’s a little plaque at the bottom which says ‘There are no hacks, go with your gut, you’ve totally got this!’ – with a sentimental note upon the spine too – ‘The Newborn Chronicles’.
As a parent I find parenting advice can be very toxic – so wanted to design something tonge in cheek to empower new parents.

The inside of the Greeting Card is printed in full colour. A complimentary soft peach, with little illustrated stars. There is no message and lots of space to write your own greeting.

✏️ This card measures a generous w:12cm x h:17cm. It is printed here in the UK in a planet-friendly factory, on beautifully textured, 350gsm premium thick FSC Certified, G.F Smith Cardstock, and is paired with a 100% recycled Kraft envelope.

✉️ This card travels through the UK Postal system as a standard ‘Letter’.

Each card in this collection features a beautiful complimentary coloured inside print, for added luxury. The insides do not have a printed message.

✏️ I’m Louise, I’m an illustrator, based in a small village in Suffolk, England. I enjoy drawing in a sketchy, clean style, usually in a muted and moody colour palette, and always using my own handwriting.
There’s nothing more lovely than writing and receiving a greeting card from a loved one, and I hope you enjoy this card as much as I enjoyed creating it.

🌎 Each card is professionally printed at an eco-friendly factory in the UK. I chose this factory due to its green credentials. They are FSC Certified, their warehouse is Solar Powered. All printing presses are carbon neutral. All offcuts are recycled. They do not use bubble wrap. Single-use plastic is banned among staff, and they’re all provided with metal flasks.

🌿 You may find your card comes without cellophane. It will be tucked safely into its envelope, which is then placed inside a bigger, board-backed envelope, and posted to you.
If it is wrapped in cellophane, you can rest assured it is planet-friendly, biodegradable, compostable and recyclable bio-based film. Yep, really!

🌎 All cards and envelopes are 100% recyclable too :)
